Jay Gratton
Jay began his racing career with auto-x at the age of 16 in a 1973 Porsche 914 with various clubs around New England. Jay quickly moved to the track and started competing on road course circuits with racing organizations such as the Porsche Club of America, SCCA, SCCNH, Cumberland Car Club and SCDA at tracks such as NHIS, Watkins Glen, Lime Rock, Sebring, Road America, Pocono and Mt. Tremblant. Jay has owned and raced the following Porsche models: 1973 914 2.0, 1983 944, 1971 914-6 GT, 1972 914 2.3, 1988 924S, 1973 914 1.7 and 1985 911 Carrera. Currently Jay races in the SCCA with a 1991 Spec Miata in the SM and SSM classes, PCA 944 Cup Series with a 1988 Porsche 924S and in PCA P1 in a 1973 Porsche 914 1.7. Jay has won national auto-x titles in his class at the annual Porsche Parade in 1999, 2001, 2003 & 2005. Currently he is an employee at Skid School as one of their instructors and he is also a national certified racing instructor with the Porsche Club of America and Sports Ca r Drivers Association as well.
Sean Siff
Sean Siff began his racing career in 2004 by taking two school events with the Derek Daly Racing Academy and the Richard Petty Driving Experience. In 2005, Sean became a licensed nation al Sports Car Club of America race car driver. He has raced at New Hampshire Motor Speedway, Watkins Glen International Speedway, and Lime Rock Park in CT. His racing career began in the Improved Touring A category with a 1990 Nissan 240 SX. In that class Sean accumulated one top 5 finish and numerous top 10 finishes. In 2007, Sean began racing a 1990 Spec Miata in both Showroom Stock Miata and Spec Miata classes. Sean has accu mulated a second place finish at the Watkins Glen Enduro, and many t op 5 and top 10 finishes in regional SCCA races. Besides racing in the SCCA, Sean races and provides on-track race driver instruction for the Sport Car Drivers Association. Sean currently works as a salesperson and driver instructor for Skid School, an emergency skills driver training company based in Bedford NH.
